Directions: From Walton, KS : ½ mile NE on Hwy 50, then go North on North Rock Road  3 ¼ miles, then 1 mile east on 70th, then go North ½ mile on Holly rd.

Non-refundable earnest money due at the conclusion of the auction is $30,000.00, payable to Security First Title Co.  The balance of the sale price will be due in full at closing which shall be on or before November 7, 2025. Title insurance will be provided for review prior to the auction with the cost of the title insurance being paid ½ by the buyer and ½ by the seller. The 2024 taxes in the amount of $651.20 are paid. The 2025 taxes will be prorated to closing date.  Possession is given at closing and upon full settlement.
